I'm guessing the outage of the web page wasn't anticipated.

A suggestion that a backup of all active members email addresses should occur on a regular basis (outside of the web database), and if an outage happens again, perhaps emails to the members to advise them of the issue, what's happening, and when likely to be corrected.

So at least people know what's going on.

I just wanted to welcome everybody back to ClubCuddly. As you may have been aware, we were down for a few days due to a technical issue, we're still not 100% sure what actually happened but the most important thing is that we're back!

We managed to recovery database as that was not affected whatsoever to managed to get the forum connected to the database without a hitch so nothing is out dated, everything is still as it was before CC went offline.

Due to this issue, anything that was uploaded via attachments has been lost and will not be able to be recovered therefore files uploaded, images or avatars.

Please feel free to upload your avatar again.

We do apologise for this, hopefully this wont happen again!

This manual is fairly basic, but goes into detail for each section, some will fined that it is staing the obvious, but then some ppl need this level of description.

Problems after new chat room

I dont know if anyone else is having problems but since the new upgrade with the video chat room everything for me has gone haywire!

I now have a massive long black strip of nothing to scroll down to find forums. I click on forums and it jumps all over the place. I click the home button and when the page refreshes, the home button has moved somewhere else on the screen.

I have added a pic to this post to try and explain some of whats happening for you to see what my screen looks like. But for me to get from the top of the screen, down to the forums its taking me about 7 scrolls of the mouse button to get down and then its back and forth more and more each time the page changes. Its really not easy for me to try and do anything here now.

Hopefully something can be done, If this is happening to me, it has to be having an affect on others out there at some time as well.
