In order to comply with certain laws pertaining to minors accessing porn, we needed to come up with a reasonable secure way to upgrade new members.
Some of the other Adult sites require payment, the use of a credit card, as proof of identification or the use of an Adult Site pass, which also costs money.
Due to Club Cuddly being a “free” site, we have devised a way of obtaining proof of identification, with minimal cost to the new member.

Registered Member
You have joined the site, and awaiting your state Admin Member to send you information on how to upgrade in a welcome letter. When they have sent you that letter they will also update your status to update pending.

Upgrade Pending
You have received your Welcome letter from your State Admin member, which explains the way that you are able to become a Silver member, within the guidelines of the New Adult Content. Laws. You have access to the Public, General chat sections and the Chat room.

Silver Member
Your information has been sent to the National Admin member, verification done of your age and your personal status, and your username has been sent to your State Admin, and an upgrading has been done. This means that you have a Private Message (PM) function, Verified Members Only General Chat section, the Personal section, the State Information section and you are able to post in the Amateur Pic section.

Gold Member
This is when you have become a Silver Member and then you have met a Party Host or Admin Member. This can be done at any CC endorsed Meet and Greet, Party or another function, or meeting Admin for Coffee. You are also able to host Meet and Greets, hold House Parties or host Swing events.

The benefits of using this type of upgrading system is that no minors can access your posted pics. We would much rather genuine people like ourselves who have a real interest in the lifestyle have access in the spirit it was intended for. This security measure was put in place for every members benifit.

Just remember that you State Admin members are there to help you with any questions that you may have, so please don’t hesitate in contacted them.
